Brand identity · Vol. 01

Dr plet — the polygon sits where the o was.

A faceted teardrop, not a watercolor. Inspired by terminals, polygons, brutalism, curves, and the soft light of AI aurora.

01 · The Mark

A faceted teardrop, not a watercolor.

The Droplet mark is a hard-edged polygon — not a soft droplet. Five edges, two faces, one fixed light source from the top-right.

02 · The Wordmark

The polygon sits where the "o" was.

Inter at 700 weight, -0.8 letter-spacing, the polygon replacing the "o" in Droplet at 1.04em height.

03 · Color & light

Indigo, with light coming from the top-right.

The indigo ramp (300–700) is the primary brand color. Aurora gradients are the secondary atmospheric signature.

04 · Typography

Instrument Serif for the few words that earn it. Inter for the rest.

Three families: Instrument Serif (display), Inter (UI), JetBrains Mono (code, metadata).

05 · Inspiration

Inspired by terminals, polygons, brutalism, curves, and the soft light of AI aurora.

06 · The Founder
